The Reilly Foundation is committed to teaching children and their families about philanthropy. The Kid’s Giving Circle is a brand new approach to teach children and parents on how to give their time, talent, and treasure to their community! You and your child(ren) will be able to determine where a portion of the Princess Tea funds will go. You will learn how to create a grant while the little ones learn how to get involved! This circle is a unique and new experience and a way for YOU and YOUR CHILD to impact your own community!
Kids Giving Circle Member Requirements
Time: Volunteer time is a part of being a philanthropist. The Reilly Foundation would like you and your child to volunteer at a Reilly Event or for the Reilly’s Pink Lemonade Stand in a three month time period (June-August). Any time you can give is greatly appreciated.
In addition, there will be 4 meetings for 1 hour each. Place/Dates/Times are to be determined. These meetings will include a children’s activity for the young and discussion on where to spend our Princess Tea funds for the adults and older children. Funds will be disbursed by September 30th to the chosen organization(s) by the Kids Giving Circle.
Treasure: A financial commitment to an organization is also part of being a philanthropist. Financial support helps the organization fund their worthy programs!
Your commitment: $250 minimum per child
Talent: Everyone has a talent. The Reilly foundation is looking forward to seeing it! The Reilly Foundation runs on a group of very talented individuals. Each person has their very own expertise and that is what makes our foundation work. We are always looking to add skilled individuals to help promote our mission.
